Michigan Recruiting Connection client Cy Abdelnour has taken his game to a whole new level. And next year, he might get a 
chance to take it a little bit more.
An All-American goalie as a junior, the senior was just named named LaxPower National Player of the Week after Abdelnour made 13 saves to cap a rare 6-0 shutout win over Detroit Catholic Central.
Abdelnour is the first Pioneer player to win the honor.
In other news, Abdelnour recently decided to attend University of Michigan where he plans to major in art and play for the school’s highly ranked club team. Abdelnour had also been recruited by Adrian, which just launched a Division IIIprogram.
